Delivery Information

There is a flat rate postage and packing charge of £1.99 for all orders. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. There is no shipping on Saturdays or Sundays, therefore orders placed on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday. We ship most orders via Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery, which has a delivery time of 2–3 days. 

Where delivery has been upgraded to 1st Class Recorded, please note this is NOTE a guaranteed next-day delivery service. Royal Mail aims to deliver these items the next working day and in most cases, this is achieved. Orders upgraded to 1st Class Recorded may require a signature on delivery.

eCig-Wholesale takes no responsibility for items that are shipped successfully but fail to arrive due to the failings of the shipping company, we retain proof of postage for all items that are posted and will be provided on request. Once an item has been successfully dispatched from eCig Wholesale it is the responsibility of the respective shipping company. Our courier does not allow any claims procedure to begin before 14 days have passed since the date of shipping.
